Big Clean-up 2017

Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of November 2017 have been designated Big Clean-up days. Members of the committee will be managing a controlled burn of combustible rubbish. Please deposit waste for burning on the hard area where the compost is delivered.

By popular request there will also be a skip available for waste that requires managed disposal. There are numerous items of waste accumulating on plots which are unsightly but also potentially hazardous. The skip will be funded by donations from those who use the service of £5 per per plot-holder.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT TYRES MAY NOT BE PUT INTO THE SKIP.

The parish council has indicated that it has the right to enforce the removal of ‘rubbish’ see rules 5.7 and 5.8 – this will incur costs to the tenant and/or notice of eviction.
